The results indicate that over half the workers(53%) feel that if their employers were to provide opportunities to enjoy artistic activities at work they would be more motivated in their work. Further more 95% of Captains of industry said they felt that motivation is “essential” or “very important” in directly driving company performance. | |||||||||
